How do I activate MFA to use Instant Transfer?

If you’re an official and want to use Instant Transfer, you must enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when signing in. MFA adds an extra layer of security to your account, helping to prevent fraud and ensuring that others cannot access your funds.

Regardless of whether you plan to use Instant Transfer, we strongly recommend that all users—including officials, assigners, and school admins—activate MFA. This helps protect your accounts, personal information, banking details, and other sensitive data associated with your Arbiter account.

IMPORTANT: If you have never enabled MFA, start by logging out of your Arbiter account, then follow the steps below.

  1. Login to Arbiter.io.

  2. You'll be prompted to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  3. Select Yes.

  4. Click Continue.
