Arbiter Registration - How Do I Reset My Password?

Updated Since 4/16/2025

1. Click Login.
2. Click For Registration Admins.
   • If you are a Parent or a Registrant, click Families/Students.

3. Click Forget Password?

4. Type your email.
5. Click Reset.

6. Open the email sent to your inbox.
   • Click Change my Password.

7. Type your new Password.
8. Click Reset.

Note: Reset password emails can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If it’s been more than 15 minutes and you haven’t received the email, please contact our support team at 1-800-311-4060 for assistance.
