Adding a Phone Number to Your Arbiter Profile

With recent changes and added security measures in Arbiter, a cellular phone number on your profile is required to be able to add bank accounts. Follow these instructions to add or modify your phone numbers and other profile information. Please note this will NOT change your MFA Phone Number on file.

How to Add a Phone Number

  1. Sign in to your Arbiter account and click on your account profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click Profile.
  1. To add or modify your phone numbers, on the left-hand side click Account
  1. Under the Phone Number section select "+ Add Phone " then, add your phone number
    1. Select the phone type
    2. Enter an extension, if applicable.
    3. Select your phone carrier (service provider for cellular numbers).
    4. If you wish for this phone number to be visible to other Arbiter users (officials, schools, assigners), select the three dots on the right-hand side, select public
    5. Click Save on the top right-hand side
 
 
 

How to Delete A Phone Number

1.Under your Profile tab, Select Account.

2. Scroll to the Phone Numbers section

3. Next to the Phone Number you'd like to remove, click the three dots to the right of the number

4. Click Delete
