How Do I Log in?

  1. Go to and click Log In.
  2. Enter your ArbiterSports account email and password.
    1. Click "Forgot Password?" if you need help signing in. Refer to this help guide for more instructions: Forgot Password - ArbiterSports
  3. Click Sign In.


Set Up an ArbiterPay Account

Before you can receive any payments for your games, you must activate your Pay account with ArbiterSports. If you already have an ArbiterPay account, make sure your accounts are linked. If a school/association is trying to pay you but cannot do so because your account is not set up, please follow the steps below. After you have activated your account, reach out to the school/association in charge of paying you to notify them you are ready to receive payment.

  1. Sign into your Official account on
  2. Select any one of your official accounts if you are part of multiple officiating groups (activating your ArbiterPay account will automatically link to all of your officiating associations/schools).
  3. Go to the Payments tab

4.Click on Set Up Pay Account and continue

5.Enter your Personal Information and click continue

6.On the next screen enter and confirm your PIN then continue again

7. Once your account has been linked, your dashboard should appear as so with your Arbiter Pay account number.

How Do I Transfer My Money?

If you do not already, please link your Bank Account. Please click here for instructions
1. Go to your Payments Tab
2. On the right-hand side, click on "Transfer Money"
4.Type in your PIN
5. Make sure the "Transfer From" is your Arbiter Pay account, "Transfer To" is the bank account of your choice
6. Enter the amount you would like to transfer
7. Click Enter


Where is my money?
***ArbiterSports and ArbiterPay are only software programs that schools and associations use for officials assignments and payments. If you are missing a payment, you have not received payment yet, or the amount should be different, please contact your assigner/school which submitted the payment before calling ArbiterSports as we do not have the ability to pay you.

Check your transaction history
If the school/association in charge of payment says they've already paid you, follow this step to view your transactions and payments. You can use this information to see who had paid you, when they paid you, and for which games/events the payment is for. You can also see when you transferred your funds and by which payment method (to bank account EFT, by check, or ArbiterPay Debit Card).

  1. Go to your Payments Tab
  2. Filter your payments using the start date and end date on the left side.

If you wish to download your payment history, click on the 3 dots on the right-hand side.


"I clicked transfer, but I don't see the money in my bank account."

Please allow up to 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank, for the funds to show up in your bank account. Please see the transaction schedule below:
