Have you forgotten, or no longer have access to, the email address associated with your Arbiter Registration account (formerly known as FamilyID)? Once your mobile phone number is associated with your account, you can update your account's email address via text message.
NOTE: If your mobile number is not associated with your Arbiter Registration account, not receiving a text message, or if you are unsure, please contact us for assistance.
- 1. On the log in screen, select Reset Account Email.
- 2. Input the mobile phone number associated with your Arbiter Registration account and choose Reset. You will be sent a text message with a code.
- 3. Type in the code you received via text message, along with the email address you'd like to use to log into your account. Click Reset. You'll then be logged in, or prompted to log in, with your new email address.
