Adding Video and Clincis

Adding Personal Video into Central

1. Sign into Admin account
2. Switch to Central Hub by click on your profile picture at the top left
3. Select Central Hub

 

4. Once in the Central Hub Select Video
   1. If  you are missing this tab please reach out to us at [e-mail] to request the tab
5. Select Add New Video

 

4. Title Video
5. Make it Visible To:
   1. Searchable
   2. Required
   3. Able to Download
6. Select Browse to find Video
7. Title Clip
8. Select Upload (Wait for upload to complete)
9. Click Save

Next step is to setup eligibility (Click Here)

Adding BrainShark Video into Central

1. Sign into Admin account
2. Select Users
3. Select Online Clinics

 

4. Select Add New Online Clinic

 

5. Add Title of the Clinic
6. Add Presentation ID
   1. This is found in BrainShark
      1. Select completed Presentation in BrainShark
      2. Click Edit
      3. Presentation ID is found under BrainShark Title (#123456789)

 

5. Select Start and End Date
6. Select Add
