How Can I Add or Remove Slots on a Game?

Do you have playoff games, tournaments, championship games, or any other games of high importance that require extra officials? Is there an extra slot in your game that isn’t needed anymore and you need to remove it? Within ArbiterSports, we offer a tool that can add or remove slots on specific games.
 
Adding Slots
Before you can add the extra slot to a game, we need to make sure that there’s an extra position available for that sport and level. If it has not been added, you will need to go to your Positions and add it.

1. Click on the Schedule tab and go to the game that you need to make changes to.
2. Open the slots by clicking on the slots number on the right side of the game.
3. Click on the plus sign on the left-hand side next to the positions.

 

4.  Choose the position by clicking on the drop-down box on the top of that page.
5. Click the save button on either the top or bottom of the page.

Once you click save it will take you back to the Assigning tab and the slot you selected should be added successfully.
 




Deleting Slots

1. Click on the Schedule tab and go to the game that you need to make changes to.
2. Open the slots by clicking on the slots number on the right side of the game.
3. Click on the trash can icon on the far right side of the position you need to remove.

4. A confirmation page will pop up. Review that you want this position deleted then click on the Delete Button on the top or bottom of that page.

     

Once you click Delete you will be taken back to the Schedule page with the slot you selected now removed from the game.
