Contacts Permissions:
Permission: Description:
Sign in the system | This permission allows the user to access your group. Without this permission, the user will not be able to sign into your group and they will be given a message stating, “You do not have permission to access group XXXXXX at the current time. If you believe this to be in error, please contact the group administrator at [group administrators email address].” |
View Roster of Officials – Name only | This permission allows the contact to view the full roster of officials and their contact information. If you check “Name Only” they will not be able to see the officials’ contact information. They will only be able to see officials that are marked as active. The user can view the roster of officials under the Lists tab under the Officials sub-tab. |
View Roster of Contacts | This gives the contact access to view the roster of other contacts and their contact information such as email address, title, and phone number. |
View Mater Schedule – with assignments | This permission allows the contact to see all games entered by the assigner in the system. Check the box “With Assignments” to allow the contact to also view the officials assigned on those games. |
Block ‘X’ Officials – limit ‘x’ | This allows a contact to block officials. The number entered for the limit is the maximum number of officials the contact may block. As an example, if you enter 5 as the limit, the contact can only block 5 officials. |
View officials on games – ‘x’ days before game | This determines how soon before the game a contact can view the officials assigned. Without this permission, the contacts will only be able to view the game information. |
Add/Edit games ‘x’ days in advance – limit ‘x’ | This allows the contact to add or edit their games within a certain date range. The number entered for the limit is how far in advance they can add or edit games. For example, if the limit is set to 30, the contact may only add/edit games if it is 30+ days in advance from the current date. This does NOT mean the contact can add/edit games within the next 30 days. If the contact does try to add or edit a game that is outside of this limit, they will receive the following error: Error: Games may be edited only until the admin's deadline. [x days]. |
Cancel games within ‘x’ days | This allows the contact to cancel a game within a certain amount of days. As an example, if the assigner enters 60 as the limit, the contact can only cancel games that are within the next 60 days from the current date. |
