How To Upload Your Picture

  1. Sign into your ArbiterSports account on www.arbitersports.com and choose one of the groups as an official.
  2. Click on the profile tab.
  3. On the right-hand side under "Picture," click on the green plus sign to add your picture.

  1. Click Choose File and select your desired picture from your files.
    1. Select the image you would like to upload. Please note that the image must be either a 'gif' or 'jpeg' file. We recommend that your image you upload be 200 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. If your image is larger, we will resize and crop it for you.
    2. Also note that we (ArbiterSports, or Assigners of your group) retain the right to remove any images deemed offensive or inappropriate.  
  2. Click Upload.

  1. Verify your picture and click Use This Picture.

  1. Your new profile picture should show under the "Picture" section on your profile page and in the top right corner of your account next to your name and group. Are you not seeing your picture? Check out the Troubleshooting section below.

How To Change Your Profile Picture
  1. In your ArbiterSports account, click on the Profile tab.
  2. On the right-hand side, click on your current picture.

  1. Click on Change Picture.

  1. Click Choose File. Select the new image that you would like to replace your old picture from your files.
    1. Select the image you would like to upload. Please note that the image must be either a 'gif' or 'jpeg' file. We recommend that your image you upload be 200 pixels wide by 200 pixels high. If your image is larger, we will resize and crop it for you.
    2. Also note that we (ArbiterSports, or Assigners of your group) retain the right to remove any images deemed offensive or inappropriate.

  1. Your new profile picture should show under "Picture" on your profile page and in the top right corner of your account next to your name and group. Please allow up to an hour for your new picture to show. Still not seeing your picture? Check out the Troubleshooting section below.

Troubleshooting:
Occasionally we receive notifications from customers indicating that they changed their picture, but the old image still shows. There are two common reasons for this:
  1. The picture is stored in your computer's cache. To resolve this, clear your cache and cookies. Click here to learn how.
  2. The picture hasn’t updated to all servers. Our servers store pictures for quick retrieval. However, pictures may take up to 20 minutes to update on all servers. In this case, the solution is to wait for half an hour or so. If after that time your picture has not updated, please contact our support staff for further assistance.
