Subscribing to a Bill-To

Updated Since 1/13/2026

Subscribing to a bill-to connects your account to the school or organization responsible for paying your officials. This ensures your officials can be paid via Arbiter Pay, the system many schools use to release payments immediately after a game. Bill-tos are also used by assigning groups to designate the specific organization that will be dispensing funds.

Important: We highly recommend using the organization's correct legal business name and address when adding bill-tos to your assigning account.

Avoid Creating Multiple Bill-tos

  1. Select one of the suggested bill-tos that are already in our system.

Note: If the correct Bill-To is not listed, click "None of these Billtos are mine" to create and add a new one to your account.

Important: Please review the existing suggestions carefully before creating a new Bill-To. These addresses are linked to the Arbiter Game accounts used by athletic directors and school staff. If you create a duplicate or incorrect address, the link will break, and schools will be unable to pay your officials. This will require us to manually access and correct your account to restore proper billing functions. If you don't see an option to click on "None of these Billtos are mine," then you will need to click on a suggested bill-to to proceed.
