Eligibility Videos Not Working?

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW:

 

 

Online NCAA Umpire Clinic (Postseason Requirement)

• You must click the Play button after viewing each slide in order to advance to the next slide.
   
• You will not be able to go back and review a slide after viewing it the first time.  However, after viewing the clinic in its entirety and receiving a green checkmark in your Eligibility Center, you will be able to return to your Eligibility Center and click Review Clinic to view a non-eligibility version of the clinic.  This version will allow you to click back and forth between slides as many times as you’d like to review the material.
   
• On question slides, please use the scroll bar on the right-hand side of your screen to see all possible answers.
   
• After you finish viewing a video, in its entirety, and see the green Completion criteria have been met message at the top of your screen, close the tab in which you viewed the video. 
   
• After closing the tab, you will see a screen that allows you to view and print your completion results and certificate of completion.  Some browser settings may not show your completion results on screen.  However, you will also receive a copy of your certificate of completion via email.  If you don't receive the email, check your Junk/Spam Folder.
   
• Allow 24 hours to receive credit (green checkmark and completion date) in your Eligibility Center.
