Bank Accounts
1. In your ArbiterSports Official account, go to the Payments tab.
2. Below your Pay account number and balance, you will find details for any linked bank accounts you have. You will only be able to see the bank name, bank account type, the last four of the routing number, and the last four of the account number.
3. To Add a bank account:
- Click on the plus sign on the far-right side.
- Enter the Name on Account, Bank Name, Account Type, Routing number, and Account number. If you would like to mark it as primary to send your funds to by default, select Yes.
- Click Add Account.
iv. Enter your 4-digit Security PIN and click Confirm.

Change Security Key/PIN in Arbiter
1. In your ArbiterSports account, go to the Payments tab.
2. Click Edit Account on the right side next to your ArbiterPay account balance.
3. Click Update on the right side next to "Update your PIN."
4. Enter your current security PIN.
5. Enter a new 4-digit PIN.
6. Enter your new PIN again to confirm.
7. Click Update PIN when you are done.

Change Automatic Transfer Preferences in Arbiter
1. In your ArbiterSports account, click on the Payments tab.
2. Click Edit Account on the right side next to your ArbiterPay account balance.
3. Click Update on the right side next to Automatic Transfer.
4. Select either when you want your money to automatically transfer or "None" to opt-out of automatic transfer. See the steps below for the option you want to go with.
A. Day of Month
i. Click the circle next to Day of Month to select this option.
ii. Using the drop-down menu, select a day of the month you want your funds to automatically transfer.
iii. Select a payment method of your choice using the drop-down menu: Check ($8.50 fee), EFT (bank account, $1.50 fee), or ArbiterPay debit card (if applicable, no fee).
iv. Enter your Security PIN to confirm your changes.
v. Click Update Settings.
ii. Using the drop-down menu, select a day of the month you want your funds to automatically transfer.
iii. Select a payment method of your choice using the drop-down menu: Check ($8.50 fee), EFT (bank account, $1.50 fee), or ArbiterPay debit card (if applicable, no fee).
iv. Enter your Security PIN to confirm your changes.
v. Click Update Settings.
B. Dollar Amount
i. Click the circle next to Dollar Amount to select this option.
ii. Enter the amount you want your ArbiterPay balance to reach before automatic transfer is triggered and sends your entire balance to your preferred payment method (For example, enter 500, and the system will send your funds to your payment method as soon as your balance reaches or exceeds $500).
iii. Using the drop-down menu, select a payment method of your choice: Check ($8.50 fee), EFT (bank account, $1.50 fee), or ArbiterPay debit card (if applicable, no fee).
iv. Enter your Security PIN to confirm your changes.
v. Click Update Settings.
ii. Enter the amount you want your ArbiterPay balance to reach before automatic transfer is triggered and sends your entire balance to your preferred payment method (For example, enter 500, and the system will send your funds to your payment method as soon as your balance reaches or exceeds $500).
iii. Using the drop-down menu, select a payment method of your choice: Check ($8.50 fee), EFT (bank account, $1.50 fee), or ArbiterPay debit card (if applicable, no fee).
iv. Enter your Security PIN to confirm your changes.
v. Click Update Settings.
C. None - If you currently have automatic transfer set up, but you wish to opt-out, follow these steps:
i. Click the circle next to None to select this option.
ii. Enter your Security PIN to confirm your changes.
iii. Click Update Settings.
ii. Enter your Security PIN to confirm your changes.
iii. Click Update Settings.
