Transfer My Funds Out of Arbiter Pay

ArbiterSports provides four simple ways to receive your Arbiter Pay funds: 1.) Transfer the funds to a bank account, 2.) Instant Transfer, 3.) Transfer the funds to the Arbiter Pay Debit Card, or 4.) Request a check.

Instant Transfer

New to ArbiterSports! We are excited to now offer you the option to instantly receive your funds. Transfer your funds to a personal debit card and receive the funds in your bank within minutes.

Transferring Funds to a Bank Account

1. Sign in to your account as an official on ArbiterSports.com.
2. Go to the Payments tab.
3. Click Transfer Money, located at the top on the far-right side.

4. Enter your Arbiter Pay account 4-Digit PIN and click OK.
   • Please use the 'Forgot PIN?' option if you need help with your PIN. More help can be found in this guide: How to Reset Your Arbiter Pay PIN
5. Enter the amount to transfer (dollar sign $ not required). If you wish to transfer your entire balance, click the 'Max' button on the right side next to the amount.  
   • The amount entered cannot exceed your current available balance.

6. Select 1-3 business days as the delivery method to transfer funds to your bank account.
7. Click Continue.

8. Confirm the bank account to transfer to. If you have more than one bank account added, click the "Transfer to" drop-down and select the bank you wish to transfer to.

9. Click Transfer.

10. Your screen will update to reflect the transfer request as pending.
    • Depending on your bank, please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to process and appear in your bank account. Please keep in mind that banking holidays will cause a delay in processing times.

 

Arbiter Pay Debit Card

If you don't have an Arbiter Pay Prepaid Debit Card and wish to sign up to use one, refer to the instructions here: Requesting an Arbiter Pay Debit Card
 

1. Sign in to your account as an official on ArbiterSports.com.
2. Go to the Payments tab.
3. Click Transfer Money, located at the top on the far-right side.

4. Enter your Arbiter Pay account 4-Digit PIN and click OK.
   • Please use the 'Forgot PIN?' option if you need help with your PIN. More help can be found in this guide: How to Reset Your Arbiter Pay PIN
5. Enter the amount to transfer (dollar sign $ not required). If you wish to transfer your entire balance, click the 'Max' button on the right side next to the amount.  
   • The amount entered cannot exceed your current available balance.

6. Select AS Debit Card as the delivery method to transfer the funds to your Arbiter Pay Prepaid Debit Card.
7. Click Continue.

8. Confirm the transfer amount and "transfer to" shows your AS Debit Card.
9. Click Transfer.

10. Your screen will update to reflect the transfer request as pending. Transfers to an Arbiter Pay Debit Card are ready for instant use.

Transferring Funds by Check

1. Sign in to ArbiterPay.com.
2. Click on Transfers on the left side.

3. Below the Send Funds section, click Enter next to 'By Check.'

 

4. Verify your address in the Check Beneficiary section.
5. Type in the amount you want to transfer.
   • Please Note:  Due to the $8.50 transaction fee for sending funds via check, your amount must be no more than $8.50 less than your total available balance.
6. Click Continue in the bottom right corner.
7. On the Transfer Confirmation page, verify that the transfer information is correct. Click Submit and your transfer will begin processing.
   • Your check will be sent in the mail within one business day of requesting the transfer.  Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery by the postal service.

Transfer Fees

Manual Transfer to a bank account: No Fee
Transfer to Arbiter Pay Debit Card: No Fee
Instant Transfer: 1.75% of the transfer amount (with a minimum fee of $2.00 and a maximum fee of $15)
Automatic Transfer to a bank account: $1.50 each time an Automatic Transfer is triggered
Transfer by Check: $8.50
