Publish

This utility allows you to mass publish a group of pending assignments according to the current game filter. If you assigned any officials as pending, you will need to release the assignments to the officials by publishing the games.

  1. First, filter for the games you wish to publish.
    1. Click +Add Filter at the top of the Schedule page.

  1. Optionally, enter the date range of games by clicking the drop-down menu next to Date of Game, select "Between," and enter the start date and end date of the games you need to publish.
  2. Select "Pending Slots in Games" from the Slots drop-down menu towards the bottom.
  3. Click Get Results to filter the games and view the results.

  1. Verify that the games you have filtered are correct.
 
  1. Check the box next to the game(s) you are ready to publish OR if you wish to publish all games based on your current filter, check the top box to select all games.
  2. Click on the Publish link under the Utilities section located on the top left.

  1. Enter an Accept By date.
  2. Click Publish.

Auto Assign

This utility allows you to mass assign officials to any unfilled assignments based on the current filter you are on. Officials will be automatically assigned as pending if they are ranked, ready to be assigned, and found with no issues with the assignment. To learn more about how to set up auto-assign, please click here.
  1. Click +Add Filter at the top of the Schedule page.

  1. Use the filtering options to pull the games you wish to auto-assign. To learn more about creating game filters, please refer to this help article: Filtering Games.
  2. Check the boxes next to the games you wish to Auto Assign.
  3. Click on the Auto Assign link under the Utilities section located on the top left.

  1. Select if you want to Use officials previous game counts or Do not use officials previous game counts.
    1. Set-Up: The system will ask if previous game counts matter. The official’s game counts are used to help balance the assignments made between officials.

  1. If assigning tournaments, check the box for Tournament Assigning and enter the Consecutive Game and Break Minutes.
    1. Tournament Assigning: If you are going to be assigning for tournament games, you may tell the system to ignore Position and Official’s assigning variables. You may specify how many consecutive games they may do and the break minutes.

Unassign

This utility allows you to mass unassign games depending on the game filter you are on. You may unassign ALL of the slots regardless of the status or just the Pending Assignments on a game.

  1. Click +Add Filter at the top of the Schedule page.
  2. Use the filtering options to pull the games you wish to unassign. To learn more about how to filter for games, please refer to this help article: Filtering Games.
  3. Check the boxes next to the games you wish to unassign.
  4. Click on the Unassign link.

  1. Select if you wish to unassign All assignments (based on game filter set) or AutoAssigned (Pending Only) assignments.
  2. Click Begin Unassign.

Update

This utility saves you time by allowing you to update games in mass. With this utility, you can update game statuses, game Bill-Tos, mark games as self-assignable, and more.

Status: The status of the game (Canceled, Forfeit, Normal, Postponed, Rainout, Suspended).
Verified: This allows you to verify/unverify games in mass. This is usually used for creating paysheets under Payroll.
Self-Assign: This allows you to mass update games to be self-assignable or not self-assignable.

Pay By Bill To: This allows you to update the slots to Paid By Bill To or Not Paid By Bill To.
Add/Remove Slots: This allows you to add All Default Slots to the games, Remove Non-Default slots that are not assigned in which are no longer needed, or completely remove any unassigned slots.
Bill-To: This function allows you to add a specific Bill-To to the games. Usually, you only want to use this if your filter is specific to the school that it corresponds to.
Pay Travel: This allows the games to Pay Travel or to remove the travel pay.
Accept By Date: This allows the games
Accept By Date to be changed to a later or sooner date.


 

        

Archive

This utility allows you to delete games that are on your current filter settings. This is the most important utility to use with caution since games and assignments will be archived according to the filter settings. Please make sure that paysheets, evaluations, and invoices are deleted and you are in the desired filter before archiving.

  1. To mass delete games, click on the +Add Filter button on the Schedule page to filter for the games you wish to delete. Refer to this help article for more information on Filtering Games.
  2. Verify that the games you filtered are correct.
  3. Check the boxes next to the games you wish to archive.
  4. Click on the Archive link.

  1. Review the page to make sure that everything looks correct.
  2. (Optional) Select a permanent delete date at the bottom of this screen. After this selected date, the system will completely delete the games which are still stored in our server for restoration purposes.
  3. Click on Begin Archive and confirm.

Recalc Travel

This utility updates the travel distance on a game. If an official recently updated their zip code, you’ll want to update your games with this utility to show the new distance on the assigned slot. When a new travel fee is created, you need to recalc travel to have those fees appear on games.

  1. Check the boxes next to the games you need to update.
  2. Click Recalc Travel on the left side under Utilities.

Link

This utility allows you to link any games you have selected. Linking games is a faster way to assign doubleheaders and tournament games that happen on the same day and at the same site.

How to link games:

  1. Check the boxes next to the games you wish to link.
  2. Click on Link under Utilities.

  1. A link number will appear in the Status column indicating that the games are linked.

  1. To remove a game link, click on the link number under the Link column and click Remove Link.

Auto Link/Un-link

This utility allows you to mass link/un-link games according to your filter options. If you choose to mass link games, you may set the settings specifying the maximum minutes between games and the number of games per link set. If you choose to mass un-link, the system will look for any linked games according to your current set filter and remove the link.

Auto Rotate

This utility allows you to rotate the slots on games in a linked set according to your filter options. The first game will not be changed, only the rest of the games in the linked set. You may rotate the assignments up or down one slot.  Learn more about how to rotate slots here: Rotating slots on a game

  1. First, check the boxes on the schedule page next to the games you with to auto rotate.
  2. Click Auto Rotate on the left side under Utilities.

  1. Click on Begin Auto-Rotate to proceed.

 

 


 

Email

This utility allows you to mass email the officials assigned to the games according to the games you have filtered and selected.
