It is not helpful because you click “Sign Up Today” then “Get Started” and there is no Sign Up" button or information on how to make an account for a non-official.

Hi Ernie, Shaina and Jonathan, I apologize if the information is not clear in this article.  If you are a non-official (Event Worker), please check out this article with steps: https://arbitersportshelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/19923915063565

I am an official and am trying to set up ArbiterPay as per this article. The page described here in https://arbitersportshelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/19923809225229-How-Do-I-Register-For-An-ArbiterPay-Account does not seem to exist. What is the correct procedure?

This is absolutely horrible. I’ve been running around in circles for the two hours and customer service could not do anything to help.. I am an official trying to get registered for an Arbiter account and no one seems to know where I need to register at or how to register me at all. This is very frustrating.

Someone finally got back to me with the following:

This is how to create Arbiter Sports and Arbiter Pay accounts.
    Go to https://app.arbitersports.com/registration/official/register/4611?org=176090&role=3
    Click “Create one”

I was able to get me registered and created the link to Arbiter Pay.

Hopefully this works for you too.

Quite possibly the worst website I've ever come across. Followed directions exactly as told and it is still saying no account found. Impossible to navigate, clunky and beyond frustrating after an hour of no luck.

My manager emailed me the instructions of how to set it up and I had to click on the link on the instructions and make and account for it. And it worked

Website lacks complete functionality. Created an account received email to setup password. Set up password then try to login and it’s saying no account found. Pretty janky this website can’t do anything and seems like people have been having the same issues from 5 months ago

I'm still having the error messages from trying to link a bank account. Support is just giving me the same instructions. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have money in the accounts from officiating, but I can't add my bank. Errors out after I link bank and 'sign in".

    HELP!!
