You can schedule and pay all of your officials, event workers, and any other contract workers. If there are any workers you don't want to schedule and simply want to pay, that's also easy. How to Pay Contract Workers

Let's Get Started
In order to gain access to the platform to pay your contract workers, you will need to:
- Click your name at the top right corner.
- Select your school's ArbiterGame account.
STEP ONE: How to Add Contract Workers to Payments
- Click on the People tab in your ArbiterGame account and go to the Workers sub-tab.
- Click on the green +New Worker button on the top-right side to add a contract worker.
- Enter the Email Address of the worker.

Type - Contractor or Employee
- Employees cannot be paid through ArbiterPay. When adding or editing workers, you can mark them as being an employee or contractor. It is important to correctly mark their employment status with your school to ensure you are legally managing their status.
- First and Last Name
- Address
- City
- State
- Postal Code

i. Note: if the contract worker's email address is already on file with ArbiterSports, you will not need to enter their information.
- Click Save.
You can now go to the Schedule page and add contract workers on games and events.
STEP TWO: How to Assign Contract Workers to Games and Non-Athletic Events
- Click on the Schedule tab in your ArbiterGame account.

Click on the contract worker icon
(three head silhouette) located on the right side of the game or other event you need to assign workers.
- Click the Add Event Workers link.
- Check the box on the left side next to the desired contract worker(s).
- Enter the amount they will be paid and select the Worker Type (announcer, coach, clock operator, security, etc).
- Click Assign. If you have selected more than one worker, click Assign All.
When a contract worker is assigned, they will receive an email notification that includes details about the game/other event and the position that the worker will be fulfilling.
STEP THREE: How to Pay Contract Workers for Games or Non-Athletic Events
After the game is played or a non-game event is complete, you can log in to ArbiterGame and pay contract workers.
- Click on the Payroll tab. Contract workers will be included in the list of payees.
- Click the first drop-down menu to change the date range to view the event(s) you need to pay.
- Check the box on the left side to select the contract worker(s) you need to pay.
- Click Make Payment located on the top right.
- The Pay Games menu will open from the right side. Make sure your school/school district's TIN (Tax Identification Number) is entered in the designated box at the top. The TIN is required to pay officials and workers. This ensures we are more accurate with payment transactions.
Note: Check the box next to "Use for Future Payments" to save the TIN so that you do not have to enter it every time you pay.
- Click Pay at the bottom.
- Enter the 4-digit Security Key/PIN and click OK. You will receive a confirmation message when the payments have successfully processed.
