Group Administrators Permissions

Group Admins:

          Permission:                                                               Description:

Sign in the system	Allows the user to access your group. Without this permission, the user will not be able to sign into your group and they will be given a message stating: “You do not have permission to access group XXXXXX at the current time. If you believe this to be in error, please contact the group administrator at [group administrators email address].”
Add/Edit games 'x' days in advance	Allows the group administrator to assign officials and to edit existing games.  You must set the limit before giving the group administrator this permission. This limit determines when a group administrator can no longer assign or edit a game because all "short-notice" requests need to be handled by the primary group administrator.  Enter "0" as the limit to allow the group administrator to edit any game at any time.
Add/Delete officials	Allows the group administrator to add new officials and delete existing officials.
Rank Officials	Allows the group administrator to add, edit, and delete officials' ranks.
Edit sports/levels	Allows the group administrator to add, edit, and delete sports, levels, and positions.
Edit payroll	Allows the group administrator to access Payroll features such as invoices, game fees, and paysheets (only applicable to groups licensed for full payroll).
Edit permissions	Allows the group administrator to edit the permissions for officials and contacts.
Add/Delete games	Allows the group administrator to add new games and delete existing games. This permission does not allow them to assign games.
Mass publish by games	Allows the group administrator to publish games to the selected officials (the All column) on the officials page by displaying the Publish link in the left hand column.
Mass publish by officials	Allows the group administrator to publish gaems on the Games & Assignments page by displaying the Publish link in the left hand column.
Events Management	Allows the group administrator to add, delete, and manage Events (under the My Group tab as an admin).
Mark Official Active/Inactive	Allows the group administrator access to make officials active or inactive.
Set scope for officials	Allows the group administrator to scope themselves for officials. They will have the ability to select the officials . The officials who are on the right (scoped) will appear in the roster of officials. The sub-admin will only have the ability to rank these officials.  The drop-down contains the filters from the Users > Officials page.
Edit Registration	Allows the group administrator to edit, delete, and monitor all group registrations (only applicable to groups licensed for registration).
Access Video	Allows the group administrator to videos for Central Hub.
Upload Videos	Allows the group administrator to upload videos for Central Hub.
Edit Videos	Allows the group administrator to edit videos for Central Hub.
Monitor Videos	Allows the group administrator to monitor videos for Central Hub.
Affiliate posts content	Allows the group administrator to access posts content on Central Hub.
Affiliate page content	Allows the group administrator to access page content on Central Hub.
Affiliate association settings	Allows the group administrator to access the group settings.
Tests	Allows the group administrator to access the tests (only applicable to groups license for Testing).
Monitor tests	Allows the group administrator to monitor tests (only applicable to groups license for Testing).
Submit tests	Allows the group administrator to submit tests (only applicable to groups license for Testing).
Take tests	Allows the group administrator to take tests (only applicable to groups license for Testing).
Has access to Central Hub	Allows the group administrator to access the group's Central Hub (only applicable to groups licensed for Central Hub).
Can Administer a Test	Allows the group administrator to access the testing dashboard (only applicable to groups license for Testing).
Can Add a Test	Allows the group administrator to add tests (only applicable to groups license for Testing).
Has access to the online rule books	Allows the group administrator to access online rulebooks.
Edit sub-groups	Allows the group administrator of a super-group to edit any of its sub-groups.
Import games	Allows the group administrator to import games under the assigning tab.
Add Note to Penalty Report Fouls	Allows the group administrator to add notes on Penalty Report Fouls (only applicable to groups license for Penalty Reports).
Access Officials Data	Allows the group administrator to view officials' information
Full Access Background Checks	Allows the group administrator to have full access to background checks (only applicable to groups license for Background Checks).
View-Only Access Background Checks	Allows the group administrator to only view Background Check data, but they will not be able to submit background checks.
Access Reports Tab's Content	Allows the group administrator to access the Reports tab and all reports under the Reports tab.
API Rights in AP+	This permission is only applicable to ArbiterPay Plus groups and allows the user access rights to ArbiterPay Plus.
Payment Submitter in AP+	This permission is only applicable to ArbiterPay Plus groups and allows the user to submit payments in ArbiterPay Plus.
Payment Approver in AP+	This permission is only applicable to ArbiterPay Plus groups and allows the user to approve payments in ArbiterPay Plus.
Allow SubGroups to view Background Checks	Allows the group administrators of SubGroups to view Background Checks (only applicable to groups licensed for Background Checks).
