Student Registration Managing The Waitlist

Once you have created a waitlist, you will be able to update participants into a section once space has become available.

To change a participant's section:

1. Log in to your FamilyID account and select Programs from the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.

2. Click the number of registrants under  Filled.

3. Find the registrant you wish to edit, then click the down arrow next to View and select Edit.

4. Scroll down to the Sections area. Uncheck the   Waitlist box . Then,  check the section you wish to move the person into. 

 
5. Once done,  press  Save and Continue.
 

You can notify the participant of the update by sending an email notification using the Email feature.
