Once you have created a waitlist, you will be able to update participants into a section once space has become available.
To change a participant's section:
- 1. Log in to your FamilyID account and select Programs from the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.

- 2. Click the number of registrants under Filled.

- 3. Find the registrant you wish to edit, then click the down arrow next to View and select Edit.
- 4. Scroll down to the Sections area. Uncheck the Waitlist box . Then, check the section you wish to move the person into.

- 5. Once done, press Save and Continue.

You can notify the participant of the update by sending an email notification using the Email feature.
