Making Mobile Payments

1. Open the ArbiterSports app on your mobile device.

2. Tap on the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen and tap Sign In.

3. Enter your ArbiterSports account email and password. Your login credentials are the same as logging in on ArbiterSports.com on desktop.

4. Tap on the Payments tab at the bottom of the screen to navigate to mobile payments.

5. Filter your payments by Event by tapping the options at the top. 

6. Filter your payments by date range by tapping the date under the events filter. 

7. A list of payees will be displayed based on the event and date filters you have selected. 

   • Note: If an incorrect payment amount is shown for a payee, the amount needs to be changed by logging in to ArbiterSports.com on desktop as it cannot be changed on the app at this time. 

8. Tap Make Payment at the bottom. 

9. A Make Payment confirmation screen will display where you can review your Pay account balance, review the payees and amounts, and view the total payment amount.
   • If your school/district uses sub-accounts, you can tap on the Pay account at the top to select the right account for the payments to come out of. 

10. Swipe left on any payee if you need to remove them from that batch of payments if you are not ready to pay them. Don’t worry, this does NOT delete the payment entirely.

11. Tap Pay at the bottom to submit the payments. 

12. Enter your school’s 4-digit PIN. 

13. The payments will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation message at the top of your screen. After a payment has been successfully processed, it will no longer be displayed on your school’s mobile payments screen. 

    • Please note: Viewing payees who have been paid is currently unavailable on the app. Please log in to ArbiterSports.com on desktop for further payment functionality including viewing payment history and running reports.
