Arbiter Registration - Families or Users Not Receiving Notifications or Emails

Are your families, students, or organizational users not receiving emails from Arbiter Registration? Your organization may need to whitelist our domain.

What is "Email Whitelisting" and Why is it so Important?

whitelist is a list of email addresses or domain names from which an e-mail blocking program will allow messages to be received. (Think of it as the list of people who are allowed to pick your kid up from the after-school program.)

Email blocking programs, such as spam filters, are intended to prevent unsolicited email messages from appearing in your inbox. Unfortunately, sometimes it blocks emails you do want to receive.

To make sure you receive important emails about your Arbiter Registration account and about your registrations, we recommend your whitelist our domain @arbitersports.com and have those receiving our emails add us to their email contacts and/or address book.
