If you have officials or contacts calling about problems with their account, you, as an assigner, can "Act As" the official or contact. "Act As" means to sign in as the officials through your Assigner profile.

*Note: When you "Act As" an official or contact, you will be able to see the users profile for your group ONLY and WILL be able to see additional things that users can't see, such as pending games on an officials schedule.

How to Act As an Official

1. Click on the People tab.
2. Click on the Officials sub-tab.
3. Find the official you wish to Act As.
4. Click on the black silhouette located to the right side of the official.

5. You now can see the officials page for your group only.

How To Act As a Contact
 

1. Click on the People tab.
2. Click on the Contacts sub-tab.
3. Find the contact you wish to Act As.
4. Click on the black silhouette located to the right side of the contact.

5. You now can see the contact's page for your group only.

How Do I Stop Acting As a User?
 

1. When you are done acting as the user, select your Profile Picture in the top right of the screen.
2. Click Stop Acting. This will bring you back to your Assigner account.
