How do I translate my registration program and landing page in Arbiter Student Registration?

In this article, you will learn how to translate both your registrations and your organization's landing page into multiple languages. The current languages offered are the following:

• Chinese
• Italian
• Portuguese
• Russia
• Somali
• Spanish
• Vietnamese
• French

How do I translate my organization's landing page?

1. Click Organizations.

2. Click Languages.

3. In the top right corner, click Translate.

On the left side, you'll see your Landing Page text. On the right, you'll find empty fields where you can enter translations in your selected language. Be sure to choose the language you want to translate into before you begin.

4. In the top-right corner, select the language you want to translate into.

5. On the right-hand side of the page, enter your translation.

6. Ensure to always click Save or Save and Continue after entering your translation. 

How do I translate my registration program?

1. Under the Organization tab, click Languages.

2. Select the languages you want to use.

3. Click Translate on your registration.

4. In the top-right corner, select the language you want to translate into.

5. On the right-hand side of the page, enter your translation.

6. Ensure to always click Save or Save and Continue after entering your translation. 

How do I translate my landing page and registration program using Google Translate?

When translating your landing page and registration, we highly recommend using the Google Translate option for faster results. However, we also suggest having someone fluent in the selected language review the translation for proper grammar and punctuation.

1. Click Enable Google Cloud Translate.

2. Read the terms and conditions, and select I Agree.

3. Check the boxes next to the languages you want to translate into.

4. Select the program or landing page you want to translate.

5. Select the language you want to translate into.

6. Click Translate with Google, and the field will automatically be translated from English to your selected language.

7. Ensure to always click Save or Save and Continue after entering your translation. 

How will users find the translated registrations?

When a parent or user logs in to Arbiter Student Registration, they can translate the landing page or registration programs by clicking the English drop-down menu and selecting a different available language.

When a translation is selected, the entire page will appear in the chosen language.
