Cascading the Accept By Date to Existing Games

Enforce the "Accept By Date": If the official(s) do not accept the game within the number of days you set for them to accept by, the assignment will be considered declined and will become available for the assigner to assign again. 


Navigate to Accept By Date:

Note: This setting can only be modifed by the primary admin of the account.

1. Click on the Settings tab in your admin account on www.arbitersports.com.
2. Click on the Preferences sub-tab.

3. Scroll down to the Primary Admin section.

 

4. See "Number of Days Officials Have To Accept Games" and "Enforce Accept By Date."
5. Adjust the Number of days the officials will have to accept a game assignment.
   1. This is the number of day from the published date.
6. Check the box next to Enforce "Accept by Date."

*If the official does not accept the game by the given date, the slot will be unassigned, and only the assigner will receive an email making them aware of this change.

Cascading the Accept By Date to Existing Games
 

Game Slot Accept By Date

1. Click on the Schedule tab.
2. Go to the game in question.
3. Click to open up Slots on the far-right side.
4. Click the Edit Pencil to edit a specific slot.

5. Enter the desired Accept By date in the designated box and click Save.

*This will only send the assigner an email advising that the accept by date has passed, no other change will take place.

 

 
 

Mass Update Accept By Date:

1. Under the Schedule tab, check the boxes to select the games you need to update.
2. Click on Mass Update on the left side under Utilities.

3. Check the box next to Accept by Date.
4. Adjust the Date in the "change to:" box.
5. Click Update.

*This will only send the assigner an email advising that the accept by date has passed, no other change will take place.
