Reset your Arbiter Pay Password – Forgot Password or Username

IMPORTANT: These instructions are primarily for users who do not have an ArbiterSports account (such as event workers). If you do have an ArbiterSports account, all functionality previously available on ArbiterPay.com is available in your ArbiterSports.com account. We highly encourage all users with an ArbiterSports account to migrate to using the functionality on ArbiterSports.com for a better user experience.

Reset Password

1. Navigate to www.arbitersports.com.
2. Click on the Sign In button in the top right corner. 

3. Scroll down and click the SIGN IN NOW button under Arbiter Pay.

4. Click on the "Forgot Your Username/Password?" link, located below the login box.

5. In the top section under "Reset Password," type in your account username.
6. Click on the top Continue button.

7. For security reasons, you may need to answer your security question. Type the answer to your Security Question, which you chose in the initial setup of your account.
8. Click Submit.
   • Important Note - The answer to your security question is case and character sensitive. The answer you type must exactly match how you initially set it up.
9. The reset password link will be emailed to you, based on the email address on your profile.
10. Click on the indicated link in the email to reset your password.
11. You will be directed to the reset password screen on ArbiterPay.com. Enter your New Password and Confirm New Password.
12. When you are done, click Save. If the change is successful, you will receive a confirmation message, "Your password has been reset successfully!"

 

Retrieve Username

If you ever forget the username that your account is under, follow the next steps to retrieve your username.

1. Navigate to www.arbitersports.com.
2. Click on the Sign In button in the top right corner. 

3. Scroll down and click the SIGN IN NOW button under Arbiter Pay.

4. Click on the "Forgot Your Username/Password?" link, located below the login box.

5. In the bottom section under "Retrieve Username," enter the email address associated with your Arbiter Pay account.
6. Click on the bottom "Continue" button. 

7. An email will be sent to you, based on the email address on your profile, and will provide you with your account's username.
   • Tip - sometimes email providers mark our email as spam. If you do not receive the email to your inbox, you can try checking your spam/junk folder in your email, or you can save [e-mail] to your email's contacts list (doing so could help mark Arbiter Pay as a safe sender).

 

Spell Your Log in Credentials Correctly

For Arbiter Pay, your username is your email address, unless you set up a specific username in the past. Check the spelling of your username, and make sure you are typing it exactly as you created it. It is easy to miss a letter or use a comma instead of a period when typing ".com."
 

 

Remove Auto-Filled Passwords

Many browsers have an "auto-fill" feature that will remember your login credentials for a website and automatically fill in your username and password for you. This can be helpful to make the login process quicker and easier, but can occasionally auto-fill an incorrect password. If you are using auto-fill and receive a message that your password is incorrect, try disabling auto-fill on your browser and manually type your password to ensure the password is being entered correctly.
