ArbiterSports offers four simple ways to receive your ArbiterPay funds. You can transfer funds to a bank account, use the Instant Transfer option, transfer funds to an ArbiterPay Debit Card, or request a check. Each method provides flexibility in how you access your funds. Below, you will find instructions for each option.

- Login to Arbiter.io
- Click Payments.
- Click Transfer Money.

Enter your Arbiter Pay account 4-Digit PIN and click OK.

Enter the amount to transfer (dollar sign $ not required).
- If you wish to transfer your entire balance, click the 'Max' button.
- The amount entered cannot exceed your current available balance.
- Select 1-3 business days.
- Click Continue.

Confirm the bank account to transfer to.
- If you have more than one bank account added, click the "Transfer to" drop-down and select the bank you wish to transfer to.
- Refer to the instructions in this article if you need help with Adding a Bank Account.
- Click Transfer.
Your screen will update to reflect the transfer request as pending.

- Depending on your bank, please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to process and appear in your bank account. Please keep in mind that banking holidays will cause a delay in processing times.
How do I transfer funds to my Arbiter Pay Debit Card?

- Login to Arbiter.io
- Click Payments.
- Click Transfer Money.

- If you wish to transfer your entire balance, click the 'Max' button on the right side next to the amount.
- The amount entered cannot exceed your current available balance.
- Select AS Debit Card.
- Click Continue.
- Click Transfer.
Your screen will update to reflect the transfer request as pending. Transfers to an Arbiter Pay Debit Card are ready for instant use.
How do I initiate an Instant Transfer?
To initiate an Instant Transfer, please be sure to activate Instant Transfer via MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). For instructions on this, please see this article: Activating Instant Transfer.

- Click Instant.
- Click Continue.
- Click Add Debit Card.
- Enter your Debit Card Information.

- Click Transfer.
How do I transfer funds by Check?
- Sign in to ArbiterPay.com.
- Click on Transfers.
- Under the Send Funds section, click Enter on By Check.
- Verify your address in the Check Beneficiary section.

Type in the amount you want to transfer.
- Please Note: Due to the $8.50 transaction fee for sending funds via check, your amount must be no more than $8.50 less than your total available balance.
- Click Continue.
On the Transfer Confirmation page, verify that the transfer information is correct. Click Submit and your transfer will begin processing.

- Your check will be sent in the mail within one business day of requesting the transfer. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery by the postal service.
What are Transfer Fees?
Manual Transfer to a bank account: No Fee
Transfer to Arbiter Pay Debit Card: No Fee
Instant Transfer: 1.50% of the transfer amount (with a minimum fee of $2.00 and a maximum fee of $15)
Automatic Transfer to a bank account: $1.50 each time an Automatic Transfer is triggered
Transfer by Check: $8.50
