What is the difference between Agreement and Policy?

Policies do not allow for signature collection. They appear as blue buttons in the 'Policies' section of the registration form. If you need to collect a signature for a document, we highly recommend using an Agreement instead. Alternatively, you can create a Policy to display the information if it is to long to put under the Agreement section, and pair it with a corresponding Agreement that includes a signature field.

What does Validate Signature(s) mean?

Selecting Validate Signature(s) in Arbiter Registration ensures the names entered in required signature fields exactly match the corresponding names entered earlier in the registration form. For example, if a parent’s name is entered as Jonathan Jackson in the First Parent/Guardian section, they must sign the Agreement using the same full name. If they sign as John Jackson, the system will flag it as invalid. The same rule applies to student signatures—names must match the Participant section exactly. This validation helps ensure that the correct individuals are signing the required agreements.
