Set the default game times for your team. These times will automatically appear whenever you schedule games.

What should I do if I am going to be assigning my school officials?

Select Assigned by School, and select the Number of Officials Required.

What if I have an assigner who schedules my games and officials through Arbiter?

  1. Select An ArbiterOne Assigning Group.

  1. Enter the assigner’s group ID number, then select the appropriate Assigner Level for the sport they will be assigning.

This will link your team to your assigner’s Arbiter account, allowing them to schedule both games and officials for your team.

Note: If you don’t see an option under Assigner Level, it may be because the assigner has not standardized their levels. In that case, the assigner will need to log into their account and standardize their levels before you can select the appropriate one.

How do I create a Co-op team?

Creating a Co-op team involves combining your team and another school's team. 

  1. Checkmark Is Co-op Team.

  1. Give your Co-op team a name.

  1. After setting up your Game Defaults, select Co-op.

  1. Select the school with which your school will be partnering for the co-op.

    • Host/Payor indicates whether your school will host the home games and be responsible for paying the officials.

How do I add a Squad?

Adding a squad in Arbiter Game is when you have a saturated number of students who need to be divided into two separate teams, but belong under the same level. 

  1. Create the first squad team by following the instructions under How do I add a team?
  2. After you have created the first team, repeat the steps a second time. 
    • After selecting the second sport, level, and gender, a pop-up will automatically appear prompting you to enter the names of each squad. This helps distinguish the teams once the second team has been created.

  1. Click Done Adding Squad Name, and finish setting your second squad's Game Defaults.

How do I edit a team?

  1. Click the team you want to edit.

  1. Begin editing your team, and click Save.
    • You cannot change the sport, level, or gender of a team, and you cannot add a co-op to an existing team.

How do I delete a team?

  1. Click on the team you want to delete.

  1. Scroll down, and click delete.

  1. Select Yes, Delete this Team.

Note: If you have a roster or scheduled games under the team you are deleting, you will need to reassign the team to another existing team. 
  1. Select a new team.
