LeagueAthletics Integration

To obtain your ArbiterSports.com Group ID:

1. Login to your ArbiterSports.com account.
2. On the upper right-hand corner of your Arbiter site, you will see your Group ID. 
3. Copy the Group ID by highlighting and then right-click > Copy or CTRL/CMD + C on your keyboard.

While you are in your Arbiter Account, Please make sure that you have importing enabled. To do this:

1. Go to Settings > Preferences in your Arbiter Account.
2. Under the Admin Section, to the right of Import Games From, select League Athletics. 
3. When finished, click Save.

Once you have the group ID copied to your clipboard, plug it into your LeagueAthletics.Com system:

1. Log into your LeagueAthletics.com site.
2. Go to Admin > Configuration.
3. Click General Settings. 
4. Enter your Group ID into the Arbiter Group ID section.
5. When finished, click Submit.

Next, connect your Facilities, Leagues, and Teams to the Arbiter account:

1. Go to Admin > Facilities.
2. Click Facility List.
3. To the right of the facility, click Edit.
4. On this page will be an option to "Link to Arbiter." With your Arbiter ID entered, click the search button. A list of fields in your Arbiter account will be returned.
5. Link this facility to one of the Sites listed in Arbiter.
6. When finished, click Submit.
7. Next, go to Admin > Teams.
8. Click Divisions & Teams.
9. Link each division or league that has been created in your LeagueAthletics.com site with the counterpart in Arbiter. This will be done the same way as steps 4-5 above.
10. Within the Divisions & Teams area, click on each team name to edit a team and also link to the teams to their matching pair in Arbiter. Again, this will be done just as Facilities and Leagues.

Once completed, you are ready to sync games with Arbiter. You can do this in two different ways:

1. Go to Admin > Config > General Settings and check the "Sync" checkbox for the Arbiter option and Submit. This will send all games that are currently scheduled to Arbiter.
2. The other option is for those that do not have any games entered or would like to send games one-by-one. Go to Admin > Scheduling > Add Game or Practice and add a new game. When added, this will automatically be sent to Arbiter for assigning.
