Student Registration - Trouble Logging into Your Existing Account?

 

"An account with this email already exists."

If you try to create a new account and receive a red warning message "An account with this email already exists," this means there is already an account associated with your email address.

Click "If you already have an account, log in" at the bottom of the page and enter your email and password. If you forgot your password, click the 'Forgot password?' link and follow the instructions on the screen.

"Account has already been taken."
 

If you try to create a new account and receive a red message that says  "This mobile phone number is already in use." it means your mobile phone number is already associated with an existing Arbiter Registration account.

To access your account. select the blue LOG IN link and enter your email and password. If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot password?" link and follow the instructions here.

Still having trouble?

If you've created an account, attempted to reset your password, and are still having issues, you'll want to make sure you've already 'Activated' your Arbiter Registration account. Check your email inbox for a message from Arbiter (FamilyID) and click on the blue link to activate your account. After you click on the link, you will be brought directly into your Arbiter Registration account.
