Student Registration - Refund a PayPal Payment

1. To refund a payment that has been submitted through Arbiter Registration/PayPal, you'll first want to locate the registration in Arbiter.

2. Once located, click the down-arrow next to View on the registration and click Payments.

3. Click Refund Online Payment.

4. Enter the amount you would like to refund and click Refund.

5. A full refund will cancel the registration and update the payment status as Refunded. A partial refund will update the payment status as 'Partial Refund' but will not cancel the registration.

6. An email indicating that the refund has been processed will be sent to the family as well as your organization's notification email address.
