Let's Get Started
- Click on the People tab.
- Go to the Workers sub-tab.
- You will see the list of your current workers if you've added any.
- Click on the +Add Event Workers link on the right side.
- Enter the worker's email and click Go.
- Enter the worker's information. All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
i. Type - Contractor or Employee
a. Employees cannot be paid through ArbiterPay. When adding or editing workers, you can mark them as being an employee or contractor. It is important to correctly mark their employment status with your school to ensure you are legally managing their status.
ii. First and last name
- Click Create New Worker.
Note: After adding a worker to your account, they will receive a welcome email letting them know that you anticipate using them as a worker. In the email, it will direct the worker to set up an ArbiterPay account to receive payments. Any worker marked as an employee will not be prompted to create an ArbiterPay account. When an event worker registers for an ArbiterPay account via the welcome email, their ArbiterPay account automatically links with your ArbiterGame account.
You can now go to the schedule page and add event workers on games.
