How do I use an Internal Field in Arbiter Student Registration?

  1. Click Programs.

  1. Under Filled, click on the number of registrants.

  1. Select the students to add internal field data.

  1. Under Internal Field, open the dropdown, and select the fields you want to enter.

  1. Enter the information into the Internal Field and click Update.

How do I update internal fields within a registration?

You can also update and add internal field data by opening each registration individually and entering the data specific to that registration.

  1. Under Actions, click Edit.

  1. Scroll down to the Internal Fields section to view all fields associated with your registration program. Enter the required data into each field, then click Save and Continue to proceed.

How do I update internal fields in the table view?

You can add internal fields to the management table and enter internal field data directly into the table.

  1. Click Links.
  2. Click Edit.

  1. Under Choose Fields, select the Internal Fields you want to add to the table.

  1. Click Save or Save & View.

  1. Find the internal field you want to add data to, click the dash, and a field will appear where you can enter the data.
  2. Enter the data and click Update.
