Student Registration Archive / Un-Archive Agreements and Policies

 

Archive Agreement / Policy

1. Log in to your Arbiter Registration account and select Programs from the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.

2. Click on the Edit button to the right of the program that you wish to modify the agreement or policy.
3. Go to tab (5) Agreements. This will display all your active agreements and policies for this program.  

4. On the Edit button to the right of the agreement or policy, select the down arrow next to it and select Archive.
5. A popup will appear that says "Archive Agreement or Policy" select the Archive button. 
6. The archived agreement/policy will be removed from the current active list and become part of your 'ARCHIVE AGREEMENTS AND POLICIES'.


NOTE: This agreement or policy will only be archived in this current program.  It will not be archived for other programs in your organization. 






Un-Archive Agreement / Policy

1. Log in to your Arbiter Registration account and select Programs from the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.

2. Click on the Edit button to the right of the program that you wish to modify the agreement or policy.
3. On the (5) Agreements tab, click on View Archived Agreements and Policies.
4. You will see a list of your archived agreements and/or policies. Click the button to the right of your policy/agreement which says 'Unarchive'. This will bring the agreement or policy back into your active list of agreements and policies. Click 'Back to Active Agreements and Policies' to return to active list.
