How do I use the Arbiter Student Registration Application to take attendance and send absence notifications?

In this article, you’ll learn how to use the Arbiter Student Registration mobile app to take attendance and send absence notifications. To use this feature, an administrator from your organization must first enable it in the platform's desktop version.

  1. Click either one of the attendance buttons.

  1. Click on the attendance report.

  1. Click Add Attendance Sheet.

  1. Add a title, then click Create Attendance Sheet.

How do I take attendance?

Once you have access and have created an attendance sheet, your students will appear in a list. Click the question mark icon next to each name to select the appropriate attendance status.

Can I send absence notification through the mobile app?

You can send absence notifications on those who you have marked as absent only. Click on the three dots on the right hand corner, and you will have the option to send absence notifications.

How do I save my attendance sheet?

Click on the back arrow located on the top left corner of your screen, and your attendance sheet will save automatically.

How do I add notes?

  1. Click Add Note.

  1. Type your note.

  1. Click the ratio.
