In this article, you’ll learn how to set age and grade limitations to help guide the right participants into your registration program. While the system won’t block users from registering, it will display a clear notification if someone doesn’t meet the specified age or grade criteria. This gives families the transparency to self-select or reach out with questions, while keeping you in control.
As the editor, publisher, or administrator, you maintain the ability to review, cancel, or not approve any registration that falls outside your program’s requirements. This allows you to manage enrollments with confidence and flexibility.

How does setting up age and grade limitations help restrict certain users from registering?
When opening the registration, users will see under "Sections" the age and grade limitations.
If a user proceeds despite the warning, a message will appear during submission indicating that their registration does not meet the age or grade requirements for one or more selected sections. The user will have the option to go back and choose a different section without those limitations, or continue with the registration as is. You have the ability to review their submission and determine whether to accept or cancel their registration.
