After you have created your registration program, we recommend you to submit a test registration before setting your registration form to Public. Sending yourself a test registration not only gives you the chance to proofread and make edits, but it also gives you an idea of what the registration form will look like to a participant.
How to Test your Program?
- Under the Programs tab, click Private or Closed on your registration.
- Under Open Registration, select Open and enter a temporary date range. Leave Display on Arbiter Registration set to Private.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Approve and Save.
- When the Publishing pop‑up appears, click Yes.
- Under Programs, locate the registration you temporarily opened and click the Links column.
- Highlight and copy the URL listed under Registration Form.
- In the top‑right corner, click your school name drop‑down menu and select your [Last Name] Family Account.
- In your web browser, paste the copied URL into the address bar and press Enter.
- The link will take you directly to the registration form.
- Complete all required fields and click Continue.
- You will be taken to the Summary page. Click Submit.
- After submission, you’ll see a confirmation page indicating the registration has been completed.
- Scroll up, click the account drop‑down menu, and select your school account to return to your Arbiter Registration.
- On the registration you temporarily opened, you’ll now see a value of 1 in the Filled column. Click the number.
- You’ll be taken to the registration table, where you can view how submitted registrations appear.
