How do I Complete My Registration if it has an Error Code? | For Parents

Important: To save a registration, all fields with a red asterisk (*) must be completed including a section. 

If you click Continue after filling out a registration and do NOT advance to the next page there is likely missing information. The form will direct you to where the information is required.

1. Review data entered in all required fields marked with a red asterisk.

2. Correct any errors or formatting issues. Email addresses must be in correct format with "@" and ".com, .net, .org etc". Phone numbers must include a valid area code. All medical questions must be marked with YES or NO. If YES is selected you must add an explanation next to it.

3. Click Continue.

4. Once successfully filled in, you will be see the Summary Screen. Click Submit OR Pay & Submit.
