How do I Add a Company Logo?

For assigners, the logo will appear on the main sub-tab of the Dashboard tab and will also appear on your officials' Main tab.

What do I need to do to prepare for adding my logo?

Ensure that the image you want to upload is properly formatted as either a .jpeg or .gif file. You can do this when saving the image using an image editing program (such as Microsoft Paint). When saving the file, you will see a "Save as type:" option that allows you to specify the file type as either .jpeg or .gif.

Limit the size of your image to 120x60 pixels for rectangular images or 60x60 for square images. The pixel size of your image can be edited in an image editing program by resizing or scaling the image. 

How do I add/change my logo?

1. Sign into your ArbiterOne administrator account.

2. Click on the Settings tab.

3. Click on the Group Details sub-tab.

4. Click on Edit.

5. Click on the square logo on the left side of the page. 

6. Click on Replace. 

7. Upload your file.

8. Click Save. 


Refresh the page to see your newly added logo.

If you want your logo to be a clickable link directing to your business/school website, contact Arbiter and request our product team to add the URL to the image. Simply pass along the URL in the body of an email to [e-mail].
