How do I update multiple games using the action tool?

1. Click Schedule.

2. Check the box next to Action to select all games on the page OR individually check the game boxes.

3. Click the Action dropdown. 

4. Select the option you want to update:

  • Update Game Status
  • Publish
  • Unpublish
  • Accept Contracts
  • Update Assigning Group
  • Update Transportation
  • Update Facility
  • Email
  • Assign Workers

How do I update the Game Status?

1. Click Update Game Status.

2. Select the Status.

3. Choose Email Recipients.

4. Enter the Subject.

5. Click Confirm.

How do I publish/unpublish a game?

1. Click Publish OR Unpublish.

2. Confirm publication.

How do I accept contracts?

1. Click Accept Contracts.

2. Select additional information for the contracts:

  • New Games/Changed Games
  • Transportation Required
  • Facility Management
  • Default Settings

3. Confirm acceptance.

How do I update transportation?

1. Click Update Transportation

2. Select Times for dismissal and departure.

3. Select Return Trip Option.

4. Select number of vehicle type.

5. Enter Transportation Company and Cost.

6. Mark Communication and Approval status.

7. Confirm Update.

How do I update facilities?

1. Click Update Facilities.

2. Set Setup and Cleanup Times.

3. Mark Communication and Approval status.

4. Confirm Update.

How do I send mass emails?

1. Click Email.

2. Select Recipients.

3. Write Subject and Email Body.

4. Click Send Email.

How do I assign workers?

1. Click Assign Workers.

2. Type Name.

3. Select Worker Type.

4. Click Filter.

5. Check the box next to the worker.

6. Select Payment Amount and Worker Type.

7. Click Assign Or Assign All.
