Switching Between Your Family and Organization Account in Arbiter Registration

If you’re using Arbiter Registration as a school or organization, you also have a Family Account by default — which lets you register as a participant for programs, just like any parent or guardian. You can toggle between your profiles at any time and even set which one opens first when you log in.

This guide shows you how to toggle between your Organization and Family Accounts, and how to set your default view.

Step 1: Toggle Between Accounts

Log in at arbiter.io, and in the top-right blue bar, click your current account name.
This opens a dropdown showing all profiles connected to your account.

Step 2: Switch to Your Family Account

From the dropdown, choose your Family Account. It’s typically labeled with your name followed by “Family Account.”

When you're in your Family Account, the navigation bar will display:
Dashboard | Find Programs | Registrations

Step 3: Set Your Default Profile

If you want to always land on a specific profile when logging in (Org or Family), you can set a default:

1. Hover over your name in the upper-right corner

2. Click Profile from the dropdown

Step 4: Choose Your Default Profile

On the Personal Information page, scroll down to Default Profile
Click the dropdown to choose your preferred login view (e.g., King Family Account)

Step 5: Save your Changes

After selecting your preferred default, click the blue Save button at the bottom right. Hover over your name in the upper-right corner
