Important: Before you can schedule your workers to games and events, you will need to add the worker to your school's ArbiterGame account.

How To Assign Workers to Events:
- Sign into your school's ArbiterGame account on arbitersports.com.
- Go to the schedule tab.
- Click on the worker icon located on the right side of the event that you need to assign workers.
- Click the Add Event Workers link.
- Optionally you can use the search box at the top to find a worker by name, or filter your workers by contractor or employee. Make sure to click Filter to apply your search.
- Check the box to the left to select your worker(s). You can select more than one to assign all at once.
- Enter the amount they will be paid and select their job (security, announcer, scoring, clock operator, etc.).
- Click Assign. If you have selected more than one worker, click Assign All at the bottom.
When a worker is assigned, they receive an email notification letting them know that they have a new assignment. The email includes details about the game including the position that the worker will be fulfilling.
If you need to change the amount the worker will be paid, click on the edit pencil located next to the amount.
How To Mass Assign Workers to Events:
- Sign into your school's ArbiterGame account on arbitersports.com.
- Go to the schedule tab.
- Select the check boxes next to any events that you would like to assign in mass. Tournaments cannot be mass assigned.
- Click the Action button.
- Select Assign Workers
- This will open up your event worker module where you can either select individual workers to mass assign or choose a group of workers to mass assign.
How To Unassign Workers:
If a worker cannot work an event that you have assigned to them, you can unassign them.
To unassign an event worker:
1. Under the schedule tab in your ArbiterGame account, click on the event workers icon next to the event.
2. Click Unassign on the right side of the worker.
3. Click OK.
- After unassigning a worker from a game or event, they will receive an email notification letting them know that they have been removed.
- If you have unassigned a worker and need to remove that extra worker position, click on the trashcan icon on the left-hand side to delete the position.
