Injury Management – Creating an Addendum

All treatment reports are locked after 24 hours of being created to ensure compliance and proper tracking of any information associated with the injury.  
 
If changes or notes need to be made there is an addendum feature. Below the Initial Treatment form is the Addendum section. 

Here the trainer can update the following: 

• Injured
• Able to Participate
• Nature of Injury 
• Treated By 
• Any Additional Notes about changes to treatment 

The Addendum is used to document any changes that need to be made and used for any of the following treatments.
