Injury Management - Record Attendance

  • Hover over the Injury Management Tab and select the "Report New Injury" option from the dropdown.

*This will direct you to the attendance view that will be broken down by school year.

  • Select a school year and it will expand into a view containing each month in that year in chronological order of the school year with a number indicating how many attendance records were recorded during that month.

  • Select a month and the site will direct to a new containing every day of that month that an attendance report was created with a count of Present, Absent, and Excused students. The trainer can either select to create a new attendance sheet by selecting the “Take Attendance” Button in the top right or select any of the existing attendance sheets to view the content. *When creating a new attendance sheet the students with current injuries will auto populate into a list.

  • ShapeIf a student does not require treatment that day the trainer can select the X in that row and they will be moved to the “No Treatment Required” list at the bottom of the page.A screenshot of a phone

*If for any reason that student does end up needing treatment that day you can select the refresh icon and it will move them right back into the attendance list

  • Select a student to record their attendance and treatment for that day,  
    • Attendance options are:  
      • Present 
      • Absent 
      • Excused
