Adding a Coach to a Team
To add someone as a coach to a team, they must first be added as a Staff member for the School.
- Login to your Arbiter Scheduling Account.
- Click on the Resources Tab.
- Click on the whistle icon on the right hand side, next to the Team you would like to add a coach to.
4. Click on the "+" under the Coaches section of the Team Roster.
5. Choose the Coach and the Title, then hit Add.
Removing a Coach
- Click on the Resources tab, sub-tab Teams.
- Click on your Team.
- Click on Roster.
- Click on the " X " next to the coach you wish to remove.
Scope Coach to Team
Coaches that are scoped with limited visibility will only have access to their assigned teams when navigating throughout the Arbiter Scheduling dashboard, including on the schedule page and when creating games.
- Click on the Resources tab, sub-tab Teams.
- Click on your Team.
- Click on Roster
- Select the blank box to the left of the Coaches name.
- Click the three dots above the list of Coaches and choose the scope option.
- Select Scope to Team (or you may Disable Scope, if needed.)
You will be able to identify if the Coach is Scoped by the Icon shown:
Displaying Coaches on Public Rosters
By default, any coach added to a team will show up on public facing rosters in both ArbiterLive as well as the ArbiterSports App. Schools have the option to choose whether to show a specific coach on the public facing rosters.
- Select the Edit Pencil
- Click the drop-down under Show on Rosters
- Select Yes to show coach on roster and No if you do not want the coach to show on the roster
