Note: To add a coach to a team, they must first be added as a Staff Member for the school.
1. Click Resources.
2. Click the whistle icon on your chosen team.
3. Click on the "+" next to Coaches.
4. Choose the coach and title.
5. Click Add.
How do I remove a coach from a team?
1. Click Resources.
2. Click the whistle icon on your chosen team.
3. Click the X icon next to your coach.
How do I scope a coach to a team?
Coaches that are scoped with limited visibility will only have access to their assigned teams when navigating throughout the Arbiter Scheduling dashboard, including on the schedule page and when creating games.
1. Click Resources.
2. Click the whistle icon on your chosen team.
3. Select the blank box to the left of the Coaches name.
4. Click the three dots above the list of Coaches and choose the scope option.
5. Select Scope to Team OR Disable Scope.
How do I display a coach?
By default, any coach added to a team will show up on public facing rosters in both ArbiterLive as well as the Arbiter App. Schools have the option to choose whether to show a specific coach on the public facing rosters.
1. Click Resources.
2. Click the whistle icon on your chosen team.
3. Select the blank box to the left of the Coaches name.
4. Select the Edit Pencil.
5. Click the drop-down under Show on Rosters
6. Select Yes to show coach on roster OR No to not show on the roster.
