Please note that to start receiving payments through the Arbiter App, users will first need to set up their account. Please read the following help guide for more instructions; Register for Arbiter Pay.
Arbiter will not be able to issue any payments that have yet to be paid out. Please reach out to the Organization/School directly for any missing payments
Viewing Transaction Details
Users who have an Arbiter Pay account will be able to receive payments for games and events worked. Payments can be tracked by looking at the transaction details on the payments tab. To expand the details of a transaction, click on the specific transaction you want to know more about.
Transferring Funds
To transfer funds, the user must have a Bank Account or Debit Card attached to your Arbiter Pay account before this step. If you do not have a bank account set up, please follow the instructions; Adding a Bank Account.
- Click on the Payments tab on the bottom taskbar
- While viewing this screen you will see your balance and transactions,
- Select Transfer
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer including the bank
- Click Transfer
