How do I Troubleshoot a File Upload?

Why will the photo I'm taking from my iPhone not work? 

This may be due to your iPhone's camera settings being set to "High Efficiency". The format HEIC is not compatible with our platform. To resolve this, go to Settings> Camera> Formats then change the setting from "High Efficiency" to "Most Compatible". This will allow your iPhone to take pictures in the JPEG format. 

If an unsupported file type is selected, the red error text will show below the file upload box.

What if my screen spins and no file appears?

If the file does not load make sure the file name is short with no special characters.
