A commonly asked question: Why will the photo I'm taking from my iPhone not work?
Answer: The issue may be due to your iPhone's camera settings being set to "High Efficiency," which saves photos in the HEIC format. This format is not compatible with our platform. To resolve this, go to Settings > Camera > Formats and change the setting from "High Efficiency" to "Most Compatible." This will allow your iPhone to capture photos in the JPEG format, which is widely supported.
