The following are the required fields:

  1. Penalty Report Name
    • Enter the name of your Penalty Report.
  2. Period Name
    • What is this Penalty Report for? Examples to include are the following:
      • Tournament
      • Finals
      • League Season
      • Jamboree
  3. Sports
    • Penalty reports can be created for all sports, but you can choose which specific sport you want to associate with each Penalty Report.
  4. Share with Others
    • Clicking this button does not give your officials access to the penalty report. Instead, it will publicize the Penalty Report and allow other assigning organizations to access your penalty report and import it as a template.
  5. # Of Periods
    • Enter the number of halves or periods the Penalty Report will cover. For example, in soccer, there are two halves, so you would enter "2." In football, there are four quarters, so you would enter "4."
  6. Allow Officials to Only View Fouls They Called or View All Fouls
    • The Lead Official is typically the individual responsible for submitting the Penalty Report. However, you have the option to either allow each official to view only the fouls they personally called, or permit all officials assigned to the game to view all the fouls that were called after the Penalty Report has been submitted.
  7. Fouls
    • Click on the Plus sign and enter the types of fouls that your Lead Official or the designated individual responsible for submitting the Penalty Report will use.
    • Enter a Foul Code. This will serve to identify the foul reported by the official on this Penalty Report.
  8. Save the Penalty Report.

Grant Officials Access to Penalty Reports

  1. Click Settings
  2. Click Permissions
  3. Click on the drop-down menu on Set permissions for: and select Officials.
  4. Click on the drop-down menu on Allow users to: and select Add Comments to Penalty Reports and Add Note to Penalty Report Fouls.
    • You will need to grant permission to each official individually to access the penalty reports. To do this, highlight the officials you want to grant access to in the left-hand box, then click the right arrow to move them to the box on the right. This will permit them to access the penalty reports.
