Setting Up Online Clinic Fees
- Sign in to your Arbiter account.
- Click Eligibility.
- To add Clinic Fee, click on the appropriate Eligibility Period.
- On the left-hand side, click on the Tiers you want to add the Clinic Fee.
- Click on the Plus Sign.
- Turn On Requirements slider.
- Choose Online Clinic.
- Choose the appropriate Assigning group.
- Choose the appropriate clinic.
Add Fee
- Click the white dollar sign.
- Click Add another fee.
- Enter the Name of the fee, the Fee Amount, when the Fee Starts, and when the Fee Ends.
- Specific End Date: Select this option to set a specific closing date for the fee. Click the calendar icon to choose the date when the fee will end.
- When Clinic Closes: This option sets the fee to close automatically when the entire clinic program expires.
- You can add additional fees by clicking on Add another fee, and you can remove a fee by clicking on the “X.”
- Click Save.
Monitor Online Clinic Fees for Assignors and State Associations
- Click Eligibility.
- Click Monitor Eligibility.
- Search for the official’s name or apply filters to locate the official.
After selecting the official, you can monitor if the official has paid the Online Clinic Fee.
- Red Dollar Sign: The official has not paid the Online Clinic Fee.
- Green Dollar Sign: The official has paid the Online Clinic Fee.
- White Dollar Sign: There is no Online Clinic Fee yet.
You will also be able to click on the money icons to view fee details when viewing an official/coach under Monitor Eligibility.
