How to Find Your Online Clinic

1. Log in to Arbiter.
2. Click Eligibility.

Tip for Coaches: Once coaches are added to a roster, you’ll be automatically enrolled in any eligibility requirements associated with that sport (if applicable). If you’re enrolled, you’ll see a "My Account" option in their view switcher to easily access and review eligibility.

3. Under Current Eligibilities, click the appropriate Eligibility Period.
4. Under Actions, click Pay Fee.   

5. Click Enter Payment Information. Note: If you have a Discount Code, enter the code first before entering your payment information, then click Apply.

Download a Receipt

After successfully entering your payment information, you can download a receipt by clicking on Download Receipt.
